Alek,

My apologies for this outrageous behaviour on the part of one of our
clients. Thank you for bringing it to our attention. I can't imagine
what they thought they were doing. All these files are being deleted
from their hosting arrangement immediately. They have been warned that
this is not acceptable behaviour and should not be repeated in the
future.

I am sorry for the trouble that has been caused.

Michael,

Epsilis Ltd. is listed as the public whois contact for the domain
www.leswingjive.com which appears to have taken and is using copyrighted
content from my personal web site at www.komar.org.

This includes not just text (which has very visible copyright displayed)
but also images (many of which also have visible copyright shown). It
appears that ALL content was taken via the use of the WebReaper tool IP
address 81.154.138.246 which resolves to
host81-154-138-246.range81-154.btcentralplus.com from 1030-1053 MDT on
June 12th, 2004.

Can you please explain why this was done and also remove this
copyrighted content from all of your computers.
