High Peaks Post 4th Graders and Parents,

As mentioned last week, we'll have our second meeting
over lunch tomorrow - Thursday, Feb 21st in Ms. Wright's room.
I.e. same bat-time, same bat-channel!    ;-)

So far, about a third of the students have sent me story ideas - see:

One has even sent in a draft of their story - nice job!

At our 2nd meeting we'll discuss story ideas as we want everyone
to have an idea of what they plan to write about so they can proceed ahead.
I'll also talk more about our tour of the Denver Newspaper Agency Printing Plant.
And please bring any general questions that I'll try to answer/address.

And finally (and perhaps most importantly), I'd  like to shoot
a picture of all of our aspiring reporters ... similar to what I
did last year - see picture below.

How 'bout everyone bring those handy folders that Ms. Yost put
together and we'll have everyone strike a post holding their reporter's notebooks?
Bonus points if you look like Clark Kent and/or Lois Lane from the Daily Planet!   ;-)
