Several dozen High Peaks Post reporters went on a tour of the
Denver Newspaper Agency Printing Plant earlier today and
we had a great time touring the HUGE facility - a few pics at:

Special thanks to Editor-in-Chief Maggie Yost who not only
is able to herd cats, but somehow accomplished an even more
difficult task by organizing students and parents so that
permission slips were all signed, car pools arranged, etc.
Great job Mrs. "Y" and thank you parents that drove.


I hope everyone enjoyed the tour ... but it's time to get
back to work on your stories. Remember that the daily
newspapers have to produce a newspaper *every* day;
which is an onerous deadline. Ours is fast approaching,
and I haven't seen too many drafts from our reporters.
So lets get out there to research our stories, interview
our subjects, take some pictures, and start writing!   ;-)
