1. Start by cracking 1-2 eggs in the Mix-Master and stir it up
2. Add 1.5 cups butter - 3 sticks - leave out and/or use microwave to soften slightly
3. Add 2 teaspoons vanilla
4. Add 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
5. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt
6. Add 8 tablespoons cocoa powder
7. Add 1 cup of sugar
8. Add "about" 2 cups of flour - add enough to make dough "sticky"
9. Mix well - scraping the sides and paddle
10. Add 1 8-ounce bag of Reese's Peanut Butter Chips
11. Add 1 8-ounce bag of Heath Bar Bits
You can cook it right away ... or put on Saran Wrap and "roll it",
so when you take it out of the next day (or a few days),
you can "slices" into circles and put directly on cookie sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes at 300 in convection
Sprinkle some sea salt on them halfway through baking
Let sit on cookie sheet to cool/form and use sharp spatula to scoop 'em
They'll firm up more in a few hours/overnight
Note that uncooked dough is pretty good too!
About 50 cookies ... depending on how big you make them.
Try some different sizes (and vary cooking time) for chewier/crunchier cookies!
LOL that I'm not super precise in my cooking ... or baking ... ;-)
