2 cups almond flour 1 cup sugar or for less sugar use 3/4 cup 1 tsp vanilla optional , 1 tsp almond extract 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp baking powder 2-3 eggs 1 stick of butter melted or 3/4 cup of olive oil 1/4 cup raw sliced almonds 1 tbsp sugar set asidePreheat oven @ 350' Spray a spring form pan with nonstick set aside.
In a big mixing bowl beat eggs add salt ,vanilla or almond extract ,& sugar beat until sugar dissolve. Add melted butter or l olive oil.
Sift almond flour and baking powder together, mix it to the egg mixture till incorporated do not over mixed.
Pour mixture into the pan sprinkle with sliced almond and sugar.
Bake @ 350' for 30-32 min. till golden brown.
