We have two peach trees in our backyard ... although we had to
replace one of 'em so far. Some years we don't get many peaches;
but 2007 was a bumper crop, especially from the more mature tree.
There were over a 100 peaches, so we ate 'em fresh, made
peach cobbler,
peach ice cream,
peach sauce over pancakes, gave some to neighbors, and even had some leftovers to freeze.
