Kyle Komarnitsky enters the world!

Like most new parents, I started off strong with tons of pictures/stories, but I haven't updated this in a LONG time - D'OH! ;-)
Kyle's High School Graduation from Fairview in 2019

Kyle Komarnitsky arrived at 4:57PM on Tuesday, March 6th, 2001. We had originally planned to induce that day ... but Wendy started having regular contractions at 2:30 in the morning, and when they were six minutes apart at 9:30, we left for the Hospital. After Wendy got her Epidural around noon, she fell asleep! ;-)

We had to wake her up at 3:30 because it was time to push. Unfortunately, the doctor was in emergency surgery ... so we were in a holding pattern for about an hour until she could slip away ... and then after about a half hour of pushing, Kyle literally came flying out - it was a good catch by the Doctor!

Kyle weighed a whopping 5 pounds, 15 ounces (recall that Dirk 4 pounds, 14 ounces ... so another big baby from A&W! ;-) and measured 19 1/4" - here are the Birth Predictions/Results. Kyle & Mommy are doing great.

BTW, our neighbor Nancy was watching Dirk for us, so when Nancy told Dirk that his baby brother Kyle had been born, his immidiate response was "can I have my present now?!?"

Here are some pre-birth (UltraSound) pictures, and click here to HEAR KYLE AT 3:00AM (600 KByte .WAV file will take a few minutes to download).
